The private marina
The marina is the heart of the estate: set where the water wraps around the villas and designed for centralised or parallel mooring.

The berth count, depth and service gantry appear only in the English-language brochure; the Vietnamese version says the marina follows strict expert standards and inspection.
Clubhouse and pools
The clubhouse stands in the central park as the heart of community life, next to aquatic-themed pools and fitted to international standards. A large resort-style outdoor pool is lined with sun loungers, with a separate kids' pool beside it.

Riverside, gardens and outdoor space
The boardwalk promenade links the river observation deck, the riverside exercise court and the riverpark entrance — an everyday route through the estate. Inside are a sun lawn, central courtyard, leisure garden, pet garden, water feature, timber terrace and terraced amphitheatre.

Can boats from The Rivus reach the Đồng Nai River?
Yes. The marina bridge is a swing bridge: it carries cars and rotates to open the passage between the moorings and the Đồng Nai River.
What is the management fee at The Rivus?

Are the Grand Park facilities part of The Rivus?
No. Vincom Mega Mall, Vinmec, Vinschool and the 36 ha Grand Park belong to the neighbouring township. The 24 features on the plan are The Rivus's own amenities.
