Masterise Homes

Masterise Homes is the international property developer of Masterise Group, applying global standards to the development, operation and management of its products. According to the project material, it holds the largest branded-residence portfolio in Southeast Asia and has a strategic partnership with Marriott International (Marriott, JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton).

The Rivus is the villa chapter of that portfolio, and this time the partner is a Haute Couture house rather than a hotel group.

ELIE SAAB — international strategic partner

Founded in Beirut in 1982, the house won international acclaim for its red-carpet collections and Haute Couture designs, and is an official member of the Haute Couture federation. It describes itself in three words: splendid, refined, unique.

Before The Rivus, ELIE SAAB lent its name to residential projects such as EMAAR BEACHFRONT, DUBAI HILLS ESTATE – PALM HILLS, ARABIAN RANCHES III and CAIRO GATE. The Rivus is the house's first project designed in Vietnam.

Why the partners matter to a buyer

  • Design and engineering are split among specialist firms rather than one contractor doing everything.
  • The management company belongs to the same Masterise ecosystem, so after-handover service is tied to the developer.
  • The ELIE SAAB brand is used under licence — the terms for using the name sit in agreements between the developer and the licensor, not in your sale contract.
